Cliff’s last move was to Watertown in October 2020. He farmed for 36 years, retiring in 2011. In 1975, the Simon family (now five people) moved to Cliff’s parent’s farm. In 1969, they returned to Hoven where Cliff was employed at the Hoven Cheese Factory driving a milk truck route. In 1967, the couple relocated to Pierre, SD where Cliff was employed by the SD Department of Transportation. From 1963-1967, he was employed at the Hoven Co-op.
